Step 2: Follow instructions for the wearable you need:

APPLE HEALTH

‍

1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the profile icon (photo or initials) in the top-right corner.
3. Select Export All Health Data.
4. Keep the phone unlocked until the export completes (may take few minutes).
5. Save the file to Google Drive or another preferred method.
6. Upload the exported file via Omniscope’s secure link.

WHOOP

‍

1. Open the WHOOP app.
   iOS: More → App Settings → Data Export
   Android: More → Data Export
2. Confirm or update your email address.
3. Select Create Export (WHOOP will email a download link within 24 hours).
4. Download and unzip the export file.
5. Delete the file journal_entries.csv — it may contain your personal information.
6. Upload the remaining cleaned files via the secure link.

OURA

1. Log in to the Oura Membership Hub.
2. Select Export Data → Request Your Data.
3. You’ll receive an email once the export is ready.
4. Return to the Hub and download the export file.
   
5. Unzip the file.
6. You will see two folders:
   - App Data
   - Subscriptions → Delete this entire folder (contains personal data).
7. Upload only the cleaned App Data folder (or rezip it) via the secure link.
