The standard turnaround time is 2-3 months from sample receipt to data delivery.

For priority projects, Omniscope offers a priority fast-track shorter turnaround of 3 weeks from sample receipt to data delivery, subject to feasibility and prior coordination.

Yes. Omniscope supports a bring-your-own-data model for single-cell TCR and BCR repertoire analysis. You can upload your existing data, and we’ll provide an interactive analysis notebook featuring metrics such as clonality and diversity, clonal dynamics, and repertoire overlap.

We also support AIRR-compliant TCR/BCR rearrangement files, which can be seamlessly integrated into our sample summary and comparison notebook for cross-sample insights and visualizations.
