Omniscope is a Deep Biotech whose technology decodes the immune system in high definition to inform therapy and develop diagnostics through the convergence of cutting-edge sequencing, digital biomarkers, and AI. Omniscope generates deep profiles of T cell and B cell receptor repertoires for a high-resolution profile of immune specificities and dynamics in clinical areas, such as infection, vaccination as well as cell- and immunotherapy in cancer.
The candidate will be integrated into the Omniscope Experimental group held in the Parc Científic of Barcelona. The selected candidate will be involved in the day-to-day laboratory and will be responsible for sample preparation and performing emerging sequencing protocols in a highly collaborative and international work environment.
