Monkeypox abstract submission

Omniscope is fully supporting projects investigating the Monkeypox Virus (MPV, MPXV, or hMPXV) and immune system response - particularly in  T and B lymphocytes.

We are offering 4 free-of-charge samples to be run on our proprietary platform, OS-T to contribute to public health efforts.

Projects investigating natural infection and the immune response, diagnosis, co-infection as well as response to vaccines and therapies are particularly welcome to accelerate the public health response.

"…if governments and industry can work together, transcending those same borders that viruses so effortlessly pass through, we can create a vaccine library with prototype vaccines against almost any viral threat."

- Dr Richard Hatchett, CEO CEPI

OS-T enables T cell repertoire (TCR) sequencing up to 1 million cells per sample at cellular resolution. The repertoire profiles from your samples will be deployed through our Omniscope Immune Portal (OS-IP), where you will be able to access and explore these datasets and their analysis.
